We are located in friendly Abilene, Texas, we have the best of all worlds: city conveniences, small town charm, and NO rush hour traffic! Home to Dyess AFB, and 3 universities, Abilene boasts a low cost of living, and easy access to area lakes and recreational areas. With 2 Exemplary school districts (Wylie I.S.D. and Jim Ned I.S.D.), your kids can receive a top-quality education, too.

Practice Overview
Windmill Animal Hospital, opened in September 2011, is sited in a clean, bright, modern facility, with plenty of room for expansion. AAHA-accredited since March 2012, Windmill is a fully integrated Idexx digital practice with all the latest medical equipment. Offering grooming and boarding services, Windmill provides an exceptionally high level of patient care and client service, in a well-organized, smooth-running environment.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Provide grooming services Monday through Friday with weekends off!
• Set grooming prices for the services you offer.
• Bathe & groom the pets. Need support with bathing? No problem! We can provide a bather if that fits the situation.
• Bring your clippers, scissors and other personal hand tools. We provide our groomer with the table, cages, driers, shampoos, conditioner, ribbons, etc.
• Great news! No need to worry about booking the grooming appointments or checking in and out the grooming pets because our staff will take care of it.

Qualifications

• At least one-year pet grooming experience required
